EVIDENCE & ASSUMPTIONS

A view grounded in place.

The selected home uses its published HDB floor-plan sheet. The outdoor model combines mapped footprints, terrain, proposed BTO massing, the site-plan facilities and photo-informed visual details.

Apartment, BTO façades & precinct

HDB brochure: upper-storey plan, site plan (facilities, linkways, bus bays) and artist’s impression. Supplied physical-model photos (bto_13–16) also inform the connected building shapes, stepped heights, roof gardens, pale gables and dark window bands. The retained Drill Shed appearance is adapted to the Blk 103 pavilion as an inference. Planned road widths and facility details remain estimates.

Roads & surrounding network

Current off-site road edges and lane markings use the public LTA Kerb Line and Lane Marking datasets from data.gov.sg. Brochure-defined future estate roads remain separate because a current-road survey cannot describe an unbuilt alignment. OpenStreetMap supplies named routes and connectivity; URA Master Plan 2025 building, land-use, rail and monument layers were audited as independent context checks.

Polo Club & greenery

Official club magazine photos, pages 23 and 59: mature trees, broad turf, cream verandas, red-brown tiled roofs and dark timber details.

How close is this to the real view?

Mapped building footprints; most heights are estimated. The unit’s position, 342° bearing, floor height, window head and room dimensions are approximate. Trees and furnishings are illustrative. No exact unit-specific photograph is available in the supplied evidence.

Known surroundings are shown with the proposed completed BTO. Amber towers are an optional hypothetical obstruction test on reserved land, not approved future buildings. The MRT station box is mapped as under construction; its entrance position is an assumption.

Sun direction uses NOAA equations for Singapore time. Dynamic shadows include walls, windows, furniture and nearby blocks. Brightness, haze, glazing and indirect light are visual approximations, not measured lux or weather predictions.

WHAT IS VERIFIED · WHAT IS STILL INFERRED

Each requirement below lists the evidence its checks actually cover and the work that remains unverified. Treat unverified items as illustrative.
